Measuring volunteers work impact

The proposal is allowing CHL's community members or volunteers such as students (Sunderland) to show their work by uploading a foto of their actions or showing the activity they are participating in. This is an original idea of Matin Hulse who expressed the need to "measure time committed by volunteers or measure time training received to forecast volunteer support and in kind contributions. We'd love to discuss the relevance of this Sunderland Proposal for other CHL's in Berlin
