The Heritage Module will explore the facet of heritage in adaptive reuse along with the challenges, opportunities and tools presented with the experience of OpenHeritage Observatory Cases.
Activities
- Introduction to the theme of Heritage Reuse
- Focus on two Observatory Cases: London CLT and Convento Delle Cappuccinelle
- Discussion on the challenges, opportunities and tools presented with the experience of OCs

The Governance module will take a deep dive into Governing Models and Community Involvement regarding Adaptive Reuse especially with a focus on digital platforms and process oriented participation.

The Finance module looks Financial Models and the question of (Financial) Sustainability regarding Adaptive Reuse through the OpenHeritage Observatory Cases and with an emphasis on civic crowdfunding.

- Introduction to the theme of Community Finance and the economy of OCs
- Focus on two Observatory Cases: La Fabrika de Toda la Vida and ExRotaprint
- Discussion on the challenges, opportunities and tools based on the experience from OCs
- The Match Funding Game / Civic Crowdfunding / Public Funding Game

The Territorial Impact will look at case studies from Budapest and Lisbon to explore territorial and locality impacts of adaptive reuse.

- Introduction of the theme of Territorial Impact in Adaptive Reuse
- Focus on two Observatory Cases: Jewish District Budapest and Largo Residencias
- Discussion on the challenges, opportunities and tools based on the experience from OCs
- Group activity on Territorial Impact

This last module will integrate the four previous themes, discuss how they impacted specific OpenHeritage Observatory cases, and host activities to explore the facet of gamifcation.
Activities:
- Integrates the above-presented 4 broader themes into one integrative module
- Touches upon a number of Observatory Cases used in previous modules, as well as other case studies from Eutropian and Platoniq
- A final gamification activity where the knowledge gathered in previous modules in recapped
