Convento delle Cappuccinelle

The former church complex Convento delle Cappuccinelle, situated in a very dense neighborhood of Naples historical center, was a juvenile jail until the end of the last century when it was definitively dismissed. On 2015 a local grass-roots group (“Scacco Matto” / Check-mate) occupied it, aiming to find a social purpose for the empty complex.

London CLT

London CLT is London’s first Community Land Trust established in the former psychiatric hospital of St Clements, in the Mile End area. The CLT provides affordable housing, allowing long-term residents who would be priced out to stay in the area, countering the tendencies of displacement and housing unaffordability.
